Calls are coming in about a technical issue regarding KUAC / AlaskaOne audio. We suggest rescanning your digital television or converter box, and then find the button on your remote labeled either: MTS or SAP (Secondary Audio Program) or AUDIO. Push that button and sound should return instantly. This issue is due to problems PBS is experiencing with the secondary audio program service, as well as design flaws in remote controls which make this button easy to accidentally push, and prime for problems like this.
