KUAC's newsroom received THREE Edward R. Murrow awards from the Radio-Television News Directors Association. The RTNDA has been honoring outstanding achievements in electronic journalism with the Edward R. Murrow Awards since 1971. Murrow Award recipients demonstrate the spirit of excellence that Edward R. Murrow made a standard for the broadcast profession.
Libby Casey received the awards with the help of our all-around award-winning newsroom. Winners of the regional Murrow are automatically advanced to the national competition in June.
